As Chief Executive Officer, Sam Ballas manages
overall operations. He specializes in investment properties,
retail centers, 1031 Property Exchanges, Tenant Representations
and Developer Leasing Services. He is a Certified Commercial
Investment Members (CCIM), member of the International Council
of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He comes from a background of
extensive training in the securities industry; thus, he has
a keen sense for evaluating income producing real estate investments.
Under his watch, Mid-Carolina Realty Group has grown into
a three location firm that is continuously ranked among the
top in the Piedmont Triad, North Carolina commercial real
estate companies over the last nine years. Sam is Licensed
in both North and South Carolina.

As Senior Vice-President, Fay, manages
all internal financial mechanics for Mid-Carolina Realty Group,
Inc. and Signature Management, Inc. ( property management
arm ). She also specializes in Tenant representation, Landlord
representation and property management. She is a salesperson
licensed real estate agent in North Carolina. She is on the
local, state, and national Board of REALTORS. She comes to
Mid-Carolina Realty Group from a controller’s position
of a local holding company.

Lee
Scarborough |

Lee Scarborough has nine years experience
in real estate finance. For the last four years her concentration
has been in private banking through management of commercial
loan portfolios. She obtained her Real Estate Sales License
in 1998 and her Brokers License in 2003. Lee concentrates
on Income-Producing Properties, Tenant Representation and
Property Management. She is quickly become a rising star with-in
our firm. |
Deborah

Debbie lives in Davidson County, NC with her husband and
three children. She has twenty years real estate experience,
five of which have been in commercial sales. Debbie obtained
her Paralegal Degree and worked for a Lexington law firm for
17 years processing property transactions for private investors.
Deborah has obtained the CCIM Designee title in 2002. She
specializes in Land, Tenant Representation, Restaurant Properties
and Income Property. |
