St. George Square is an approximately 60,000 square foot open-air center, to include Class A office and retail space, located in the heart of the Piedmont Triad area just minutes from surrounding Greensboro, Piedmont Triad International Airport, and High Point, home of the International Home Furnishings Market. St. George Square is situated on Hanes Mall Boulevard, one of the major arteries of Winston-Salem, especially heavy with shopping, dining and entertainment traffic. This center is located between Highway 421 and I-40, with easy access to both, and is surrounded by major employment bases of the Triad, including Baptist Hospital, Forsyth Hospital, Dell, FedEx and Sara Lee Corporation to name a few. To support this heavy concentration of employment and community activity, there are numerous new subdivisions and apartment communities offering a large population concentration within a 1-, 3-, and 5-mile radius as shown in the enclosed demographic reports.
